Affiliate Program Terms

You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate account and payment information, and be legally able to enter this agreement. By joining or using an affiliate link, you accept these Affiliate Program Terms and ChickyTutor’s general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

ChickyTutor may review, suspend, or decline participation to protect learners, affiliates, and the brand. Participation is personal to the registered affiliate and may not be transferred without written permission.

The standard commission is 15% of net collected subscription revenue from an eligible referred customer during the customer’s first 12 months.

Net collected subscription revenue means money ChickyTutor actually receives and keeps after taxes or VAT, discounts, credits, refunds, chargebacks, payment-processing fees, and app-store or marketplace fees. Free trials and unpaid, refunded, fraudulent, or disputed transactions do not earn commission.

Special campaigns or directly negotiated arrangements may have different written terms. Those terms apply only where ChickyTutor has confirmed them in writing.

A referral is eligible when a new customer clicks your valid affiliate link and completes an eligible subscription purchase within 30 days. Attribution depends on the tracking system recording the click and purchase successfully.

Unless a written campaign term says otherwise, the most recent eligible affiliate click before purchase receives attribution. ChickyTutor may correct duplicate, erroneous, manipulated, or technically invalid attribution.

Each commission remains pending for 30 days so refunds, chargebacks, fraud, and payment failures can be accounted for.

Validated balances are scheduled for payment monthly after they reach €50. Smaller balances roll forward. Payment timing can also depend on complete identity, tax, and payout information and on the payout provider’s processing times.

If a previously paid transaction is refunded, charged back, found fraudulent, or otherwise made ineligible, ChickyTutor may deduct that commission from a future balance or request repayment.

Describe ChickyTutor, its features, prices, trials, and expected outcomes accurately. Do not promise fluency, guaranteed results, guaranteed earnings, or features and offers that are not publicly available.

Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship wherever you promote ChickyTutor. Your disclosure must be easy to notice and comply with the advertising, consumer-protection, privacy, and platform rules that apply to you and your audience.

You are responsible for the content, targeting, consent, and legal compliance of your websites, messages, advertisements, and other promotional activity.

You may not refer yourself; create fake, duplicate, or misleading accounts; use stolen payment methods; conceal traffic sources; generate artificial clicks or transactions; use cookie stuffing, forced redirects, adware, or similar attribution manipulation; send spam; or publish deceptive coupon or deal pages.

You may not impersonate ChickyTutor, register confusingly similar domains or social accounts, or bid on ChickyTutor, Chicky Tutor, or confusing misspellings as paid-search keywords without prior written permission.

You may not promote ChickyTutor beside unlawful, discriminatory, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise harmful content.

While your account is active, ChickyTutor gives you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use approved affiliate materials only to promote ChickyTutor under these terms.

Do not alter logos in a misleading way, suggest that ChickyTutor endorses you, or create materials that could reasonably be mistaken for an official ChickyTutor page or account. All ChickyTutor intellectual property remains owned by ChickyTutor or its licensors.

ChickyTutor may review traffic and promotional activity and request reasonable evidence of its source. We may suspend tracking or payouts while investigating suspected abuse or a material breach.

Either party may end participation at any time. ChickyTutor may immediately suspend or terminate an affiliate for fraud, manipulation, illegal activity, brand impersonation, misleading promotion, or another material breach. Validated, eligible commissions accrued before ordinary termination remain payable; commissions connected to prohibited activity may be cancelled.

You are an independent participant, not an employee, agent, partner, or representative of ChickyTutor. You are responsible for your own taxes, registrations, disclosures, records, and expenses.

ChickyTutor may update the program or these terms when needed. Material changes will be posted here or communicated through the affiliate account or contact details. Continuing to participate after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.

Affiliate signup, attribution, identity verification, and payouts may be handled by specialist service providers. Their own privacy and service terms may also apply. ChickyTutor processes personal data as described in its Privacy Policy.
