Founding teacher-partner programme

Teach the class. ChickyTutor keeps students practising.

Lead a small online course. Bring your own learners or teach students we introduce. Every learner gets a Private AI Tutor between lessons.

How you earn depends on who fills the class. We agree either a teaching fee or a revenue-share partnership before enrollment opens.

Human-led classes with daily ChickyTutor practice

The teaching model

Your class stays human.

You introduce the language, read the room and help people keep going. ChickyTutor gives each learner a private place to speak between sessions.

You lead

  • The live class
  • Curriculum decisions
  • Cultural context
  • Motivation and accountability

ChickyTutor handles

  • Private AI speaking practice
  • Learner access and checkout
  • Practice between lessons
  • Simple class activity visibility

Two ways to start

Bring a class, or teach one we fill.

Bring your learners

Turn your audience into a small class

Invite learners to an agreed course, lead the live classes and let ChickyTutor handle their private AI practice between lessons.

  • You choose a clear course promise
  • We agree the format and checkout
  • You teach the live classes

Teach our learners

Join a class that ChickyTutor fills

Tell us your language, experience and availability. When there is a suitable class, we agree the schedule, materials and teaching fee before it opens.

  • Small online groups
  • Shared curriculum and materials
  • Teaching fee agreed in advance

Teaching and distribution

Teach a class we fill, or bring and lead your own cohort.

A teacher can be both the person learners trust and the person who introduces them to the course. The commercial model reflects the work they take on.

Teaching fee

The live-class fee depends on the language, course length, group size and preparation required. We agree it in writing before enrollment opens.

Bring and teach the cohort

Recruit the learners and lead the class and receive 50% of net course revenue. This includes your teaching pay; it is not added to a separate teaching fee.

Net course revenue means collected course payments after VAT, refunds, chargebacks and payment-processing fees. Attribution and terms are agreed before enrollment opens.

What we look for

A teacher learners want to come back to.

Strong subject knowledge matters. So do patience, presence and the ability to keep a small online group involved. We are especially interested in teachers who understand that learners need more speaking time than a weekly class can provide.

  • High proficiency in the teaching language
  • Teaching qualification or relevant experience
  • Comfort leading small online groups
  • Reliable camera, microphone and internet

FAQ

Before you apply.

Is this freelance work?

The initial teacher-partner programme is designed for independent contractors. The exact relationship, teaching fee and responsibilities are agreed in writing before a class opens.

Do I need my own audience?

No. You can apply to teach learners introduced by ChickyTutor. Teachers who already have learners, a community or an audience can also propose their own class.

How do course commissions work?

If you bring the learners and teach the cohort, you can receive 50% of net course revenue, inclusive of your teaching pay. If ChickyTutor fills the class, we agree a teaching fee before enrollment opens.

Who owns the curriculum?

For each course, we agree whether to use a ChickyTutor course or adapt the practice to your existing curriculum. The live teacher remains responsible for the class.

What equipment do I need?

For online teaching, you need a reliable internet connection, a quiet room, a camera and a clear microphone. We test the setup before the first class.

Teacher-partner application

Tell us how you teach.

We will review your language, experience and preferred route, then contact you if there is a practical first class to discuss.

An application is the start of a conversation. It does not create a teaching contract or confirm a commission agreement.
